Diet Report

Sigh.

After almost 4 months on this diet, I have managed to lose .....

(Drum roll, please) ....

12 pounds.

OK, it's 12 pounds I didn't need. And if I stopped having a couple of glasses of wine in the evening, it would be more. Maybe.

What I really want is a

HUGE BOWL OF PASTA!

and a

WHOLE BAG OF POTATO CHIPS!

But that's not happening. I shall continue with Lean Cuisine frozen dinners. My husband is enormously proud of me.

Because he doesn't see me sneaking peanut butter!

Oh good for you.

I am so stuck with my food at this point, thank you for helping me get unstuck!

12 pounds is great, although I bet it feels slow. It is 12 pounds gone though and that is great.

Congrats, Judy! Slow and steady is the way to keep it off, so we're told. Congratulations also on your self-discipline, willpower and patience. It's a whole lifestyle change, isn't it, and it will be a blessing!

Also drink more water, especially with those Lean Cuisines! But you know that! :-)

That's a good weight loss. I of course have not done even that. I'm trying to come to grips with Core!

I am envious of your 12 lb. gone. Good for you. And I just snitched some frozen choc. chips from the freezer, because there's nothing else sweet to eat around here!
